摘要
农居的集聚模式是村域规划和设计的一个重要组成部分。在集聚的模式中，规划结构主要是宅基地的有效、合理分配。群体组织是农居类型设计的关键，也为农居单体设计定下了原则。在农居的建设中，控制元素的设定是农居设计中主要应该研究的问题，它既能控制村庄集聚的质量又为农居个性的发展留有足够的空间。
Assembling the rural settlement is an important part in village planning and design, in which the assembly structure forms the village type.In rural settlements design, the housing group seems to be a key which controlls elements for the individual. In building process the type design is much more important than the model design, which could be seen the controlling principles for the whole process in the construction.
