摘要
我们对１８例顽固性宫颈糜烂伴肥大病人采用ＹＡＧ激光作锥形切除治疗，经１～１０年随访，未见复发，效果满意，激光治疗顽固性宫颈糜烂行锥切优于传统手术切除。
Cases with obstinate Cervical erosion and Cervical hypertrophy have received Conization treatment with YAG laser by us. All patients have been Cured after the treatment. No recurrence was observed after being followed up for one to ten years. It has proved that the result is Satisfactory. The conization treatment of obstinate Cervical erosion and cervical hypertrophy with YAG laser is much better than traolional operations.
