摘要
目的:应用不同方法治疗慢性宫颈炎的重度宫颈糜烂,对其疗效进行比较。方法:将入选的40例患者分为两组,每组20例,一组采用微波治疗法,另一组采用YAG激光治疗法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:微波治疗组治愈18例,治愈率90.0%,显效1例,有效1例。总有效率100.0%;YAG激光治疗组治愈15例,治愈率75.0%,显效3例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率95.0%,两组治疗方案的治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗慢性宫颈炎的重度宫颈糜烂时,微波治疗法比YAG激光治疗法更先进、更能达到治愈的目的。
Objective： To treat severe cervical erosion induced by chronic cervicitis with different methods, then compare the clinical efficacies. Methods： 40 selected patients were divided into two groups, 20 patients in each group, the patients in one group were treated with microwave therapy, and the patients in another group were treated with YAG laser therapy, the clinical efficacies were compared. Results： In microwave treatment group, 18 patients were cured, the cure rate was 90. 0%, one patient had marked effect, one patient had effect, and the effective rate was 100.0% ; in YAG laser therapy group, 15 patients were cured, the cure rate was 75.0%, 3 patients had marked effect, one patient had effect, and the effective rate was 95.0%, there was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Microwave therapy is superior to YAG laser therapy in treatment of severe cervical erosion induced by chronic cervicitis.
