摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌术后患者应用托瑞米芬与他莫昔芬的有效性和安全性。方法在我院2006年～2008年乳腺癌术后患者中选择236例患者,随机分TOR与TAM两组记录术后2年内生存率和无病生存率、复发率、转移率、类绝经期症状发生率、肝功能损害、眼底改变发生率、子宫内膜病变发生率,进行统计学比较。结果 TOR组与TAM组相比,2年生存率、无病生存率、复发率、转移率、类绝经期症状发生率、眼底改变发生率差异无统计学意义,TAM组子宫内膜病变发生率显著高于TOR组。讨论在乳腺癌患者术后治疗中,TOR的有效性与TAM相比无明显差异,但是增加了子宫内膜病变的风险。
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and safety of toremifene and tamoxifen on postoperative patients of early breast cancer.Methods 236 postoperative patients of early breast cancer were randomly divided to TOR and TAM groups.Record the 2-year-survival rates,non—disease survival rates,the recurrent rate,transfer rates,and rates of menopausal symptoms,liver damage,fundus changes and endometrial lesions.Results Rates of endometrial lesions of TOR group was markly lower than that of TAM group.There were no significant difference in the others between the two groups.Conclusion There was no significant difference in the clinical effectiveness of TOR and TAM,but TAM would increase risk of endometrial lesions.
