摘要
目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法对手术治疗43例胫骨平台骨折做回顾性总结分析。结果 43例随访37例,按KDLMERT膝关节功能恢复标准,膝关节功能优良者32例(86.5%),可、差者5例(13.5%)。结论不同类型的胫骨平台骨折应采用不同的手术方法 ,对并发症的准确判断、处理和正确有效的功能锻炼,是提高手术效果的关键。
Objective To discuss the surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods To conduct the retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 43 cases of tibial plateau fracture.Results 37 patients gained follow-up,in which 32 cases were excellent （86.5%）,whereas 5（13.5%） were fair or poor.All the evaluation of knee joint function recovery was based on KDLMERT standard.Conclusion Adopting different operation methods to different tibial plateau fracture type,correct diagnosis and treatment of complications,proper and effective functional exercises are the keys to the success of surgery.
