摘要
四-(对三甲铵苯基)卟啉,在乙二胺存在下与Zn(Ⅱ)形成络合物,据此提出用分光光度法测定微量锌的方法.该络合物最大吸收波长在425nm.表观摩尔吸光系数为3.42×10~5.锌量在0—4.5μg/25ml范围内遵从比尔定律.研究了共存离子的影响.本法可直接应用于测定面粉中的微量锌.
Based on the formation of the complex of Zn (Ⅱ) with meso-tetrakis (4-trimethylammonium phenyl)porphine in the presence of ethylene-diamine,the spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Zn (Ⅱ)has been developed. The absorption maximum of the aqueous soluble complex is 425nm and it's apparent molar absorptivity is 4.32×10~5.Beer's law is obeyed for 0 to 4.5μg /25ml of Zn (Ⅱ). The interference of diverse ions has been studied. This method can be applied directly to the determination of trace Zn (Ⅱ)in the flour.
