摘要
本文研究了三氯偶氮氯膦与镁的显色反应。在pH=9.2的硼砂缓冲溶液中,三氯偶氮氯膦与镁生成蓝色络合物,在波长620 nm处有最大吸收峰,摩尔吸光系数ε为1.3×10~4。镁含量在3.92×10^(-2)m mol/dm^3以下符合比尔定律。络合比Mg∶R=1∶3。在掩蔽剂EGTA存在下,可直接测定粮食中的镁,方法灵敏、简便。
The reagent trichloro-chlorophosphonazo could react with Mg^(24) in borax-boric acidmixture and form a complex with a maximum light absorption at 620nm. The molarabsorptivity was 1.3×10~4. The composition of the Mg-trichloro-chlorophosphonazo (R) complex was found to be Mg: R=1:3. The curve of standardconcentration of Mg^(24) was a straight line in the range of0~3.29×10~2m mol/dm^3. Mostof the metal ions did not interfere with the determination of Mg^(24) This method can be usedto determine Mg^(24) in grains.
