摘要
采用相转移催化法,合成了β型取代全乙酰糖酯,其结构经1HNMR、元素分析、质谱证实。单晶结构解析表明,目标化合物的构型为β型,溴代乙酰葡萄糖只能接受β方向的亲核进攻,从而立体选择性地合成了β型糖苷。化合物初步生测结果表明该类新化合物具有一定杀菌活性。
To discover novel bioactive organic compounds,a series of saccharide carboxylates of nicotinic acid were stereo-selectively synthesized via the phase transfer catalytic method.Their structures were characterized by 1HNMR,elemental analysis and MS.Furthermore,the X-ray diffraction measurement revealed that the configuration of the target compounds was β type.The bioassay results indicated that some of these compounds displayed moderate fungicidal and herbicidal activity.
