摘要
目的:通过健康教育前后高校脂肪肝患者相关知识认知、态度、行为、治疗意识等方面的改变,评价健康教育效果;探索高校不同年龄组脂肪肝患者健康教育的重点。方法:采用中西医结合调查问卷,随机抽取青、中、老年脂肪肝患者各40人,派发宣传资料、个体指导、口授健康教育处方等3个月,在健康教育前后进行相关知识及行为问卷调查。结果:健康教育后,高校脂肪肝患者对脂肪肝基本知识、危险因素、态度、预防、治疗的认知有明显提高(P<0.05),青年组及老年组行为因素的改变优于中年组。结论:在高校社区开展脂肪肝防治相关知识的健康教育非常必要,并且能取得很好效果;对不同年龄脂肪肝患者的健康教育要有针对性,应选择性强化宣教。
Objective：To assess the effects of health education on the relevant knowledge and behavior factor of patients suffering from fatty liver disease in different age groups in colleges and universities by the changes in their knowledge,attitude,behavior,treatment consciousness and to explore the emphasis of heath education. Methods：40 fatty liver patients in even group of young,middle age,old age were chosen randomly to be questionnaire surveyed with the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine papers about relevant knowledge and behavior before and after the health education which continued for 3 months by distributing materials,personal guidance and dictating health educational prescription etc.Results：After the health education the fatty liver patients＇ knowledge related to this disease were improved significantly in the basic knowledge,risk factors,attitude,prevention and treatment about fatty liver disease（P〈0.05）; the change of behavior factor in the young and old age groups were better than that in the middle-age group. Conclusion：It is very necessary that the health education of the relevant knowledge about fatty liver be launched in colleges and universities and the effects are significant. The health education to fatty liver patients should have different focuses for different age and the education should be reinforced.
