火针温补法对甲状腺功能减退症大鼠的影响 被引量:11

The Effect on the Rats Model of Hypothyroidism with Fire Needle

摘要 目的:观察火针温补法对甲状腺功能减退症大鼠甲状腺功能的影响。方法:采用予大鼠丙基硫氧嘧啶灌胃致甲减模型,随机分为4组即空白对照组、模型组、西药组、火针温补组,除空白对照组给予生理盐水灌胃外,其余组均给予造模药PTU,15天后检测TSH确定造模成功后,PTU改为维持剂量,同时西药组给予0.08%甲状腺片混悬液灌胃,火针组用细火针点刺大椎、脾俞、肾俞、关元、足三里,治疗4周取血检测FT3、FT4、TSH。结果:治疗4周后,火针、西药治疗组的FT4、FT3升高与模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05),TSH与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),与空白对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:火针温补法对大鼠甲状腺功能具有良好的改善作用。 Objective:The experiment observed the effect of the method of warming and tonifying with fire needle on the rats model of the hypothyroidism.Methods:The rats were poured PTU fluid into stomach down to a model. They were randomly divided into four groups:the contrast group,the model group,the western medicine group,the fire needle group.The contrast group was given the same quality of saline,the rest of the course was given the PTU,15 days later,we check the TSH,and confirmed the modle had been made.After that,we started giving the appropriate treatment for four weeks,and continue given a maintenance dose of PTU. Western medicine group received the 0.08% thyroid tablets fluid suspension; Fire needle group was prick with a fine fire at Dazhui(DU14),Pishu(UB20),Shenshu(UB23),GuanYuan(RN4),Zusanli(ST36); After four weeks,we executed all the rats and sampled the blood to check FT3,FT4,TSH.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the FT4,FT3 of fire needle,western medicine group increased with were significantly higher than the model group (P〈0.05).The TSH of the therapeutic groups were significantly different from the model group (P〈0.05),and were no significant different from the contrast group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The method of warming and tonifying with fire needle has good intervention on the function of the thyroid gland
