摘要
总结了近几十年中药治疗进展期白癜风的内服方81首,其中共用142味中药,用药频次858次,对这81首方剂进行了系统的分析,找出其组方原则和辨证施治规律,并筛选出出现频率最高的31味药进行性味归经分类,以期找出其用药规律。结果:进展期白癜风八纲辨证中以里实热证居多,脏腑中以肝肾受累为主,六淫中以风湿热为主。用药偏于甘温之品,大都归肝脾两经。
This paper summarized 81formulas which used in treatment advanced vitiligo.In these formulas,142 Chinese herbal medicines was involved,the total medication frequency was 858,we systematically analyzed these 81formulas,in order to summarized the principles and the dialectical administering treatment laws.filter out 31herbals which used the highest frequency,analyzed this herbal＇s phperty and flavor,in order to find it＇s rules.In progressiving vitiligo＇s eight-principles dialectical,excess-heat syndrome is the main one,entrails dialeotical is the liver and kidney;six evils is the wind,met and tever.The major herbal is sweet and warm,belong to liver and spleen meridian andvessels.
