摘要
目的 观察三蕊胶囊治疗 (维A酸 )痤疮的疗效。方法 6 6例患者随机分为两组 ,分别用三蕊胶囊或维生素B6内服方法治疗 ,按Pillsbury评分法分别于治疗前后进行疗效判断。 结果 治疗组总积分由治疗前 377下降到治疗后 73,对照组总积分从治疗前 32 6下降到治疗后 10 3,两组总有效率分别为 94 .4 4 % ,6 6 .6 7%。两组疗法有显著差异 (χ2 =6 .72 ,P <0 .0 1)
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of viaminati capsules on acne. METHOD 66 sufferers are divided into two groups.They take viaminati capsules or vitamin 6 respectively. The effects were judged by marks before and after treatment with pillsbury method. RESULTS The total marks for the treated group drop from 377 before treatment to 73.The entire marks for the control group fall from 326 before treatmene to 103. The general effective rates for the two groups were 94.44 percent and 66.67 percent separately. There was a sigmificant difference between the two groups(X^2=6.72,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Viaminati capsules has a good effect on the treatment of acne by oral administration.
