创业板市场作为一个高风险的市场,在推出之时就面临着一系列的市场风险,诸如股价波动风险、上市公司经营风险、中介机构风险以及投资者风险等,确保风险防范就成为保证其良好运行的先决条件。信息披露制度、严格的保荐人制度、建立合格的投资人制度及科学的退市制度,为创业板市场的规范化提供有效地法律制度保障。创业板市场这个融资平台,为中小企业的发展注入充足的资金,以推动中国市场经济的发展。
China＇s decade-long gestation PPM has been opened.PPM as service for the high-tech SME market,financing and development of SMEs is significant.PPM in China will not only solve part of the establishment of direct financing problems of SMEs,more importantly,it will have long-term sustained growth potential for the direct financing of SMEs to provide a solid foundation of market mechanisms and systems.As a high-risk market,the launch of the PPM when faced with a series of market risk,such as price fluctuations,business risks listed companies,intermediaries,risk and investor risk,to ensure that risk prevention will be guaranteed a good run prerequisites.Therefore,this article attempts to seek a legal system to protect against the risk of an important way to the PPM,including information disclosure system,strict sponsorship system,the establishment of qualified investors withdraw from the market system and the scientific system for providing standardized PPM effective protection of the legal system,seek financing through the PPM this platform for the development of SMEs into the adequate funding to promote the development of market economy.
