摘要
内地创业板的高调推出和火爆申报引发了"创业板交易和发展是否会持续火爆?"的热烈讨论与关注;海外创业板"胜少败多"的经验教训引起了"内地创业板是否能够成功"的谨慎思考和怀疑。本文从创业板的法律特征分析,得出"创业板成败的关键在于监管法律制度的完善"之观点,并且在现有规则框架的基础上提出了一系列完善创业板监管法律制度的构想。
