摘要
为更好地借助ANSYS进行AC接触器电磁场的有限元分析,利用VB及ANSYS的APDL开发界面友好的AC接触器电磁场有限元分析系统.该系统用APDL编写分析过程的命令流文件,用VB调用ANSYS计算结果文件并进行分析,用图像交互的方式显示数值结果.对双E型AC接触器的三维电磁场分析表明,该方法可降低ANSYS的使用难度,提高电磁场设计分析的效率.
To perform better finite element analysis on AC contactor electro-magnetic field by ANSYS, a finite element analysis system with friendly interface is developed using VB and APDL of ANSYS. APDL is used to implement the command stream file, VB is used to invoke the calculation result files to perform analysis, and the interactive images is used to display the numerical results. The analysis on the 3D electro-magnetic field of a double E type of AC contactor indicates that the method can reduce the usage difficulty of ANSYS and improve the efficiency of design and analysis on electro-magnetic field.
