摘要
盘式永磁无刷直流电机具有较高的转矩—惯量比和功率密度。介绍一种24对极无铁心盘式无刷直流电机,对其运行原理和电磁设计进行分析。考虑到盘式永磁无刷直流电机磁场分布的特点,利用Ansoft Maxwell 3D软件分析了一对极下气隙中的磁通密度的分布,计算定转子的受力情况,其结果为进一步优化设计方案提供理论参考。
Disc permanent magnet brushless DC motor have high torque-inertia ratio and power density. Introducing a disc coreless brushless DC motor with 24 pairs of pole,its operating principle and electromagnetic design was analyzed. Considering the characteristics of disc permanent magnet brushless DC motor field distribution,this study analyzed a pair of pole gap flux density distribution and calculated the forces of the stator and rotor based Ansoft Maxwell 3D software,the results provide theoretical reference for further optimizing of design program.
