摘要
通过端基滴定测试、扭矩测试、红外测试、熔体质量流动速率测试和力学性能测试等相关测试方法,研究了不同质量分数的聚碳化二亚胺(PCDI)对聚乳酸(PLA)的热稳定性和抗水解性能的影响。结果发现:聚碳化二亚胺的加入能明显提高聚乳酸的热稳定性和抗水解性能;当其质量分数等于0.9%时,其热稳定性和抗水解性能有了显著的改善,但进一步增加其用量时,其热稳定性和抗水解性能并没有明显的提高。
In this paper,effects of polycarbodiimide(PCDI)with different contents on the thermal stability and anti-hydrolysis of polylactic acid were studied by the test methods such as the end-group titration test,torque test,infrared test,melt index test and mechanical performance test and so on.The results showed that the thermal stability and anti-hydrolysis of polylactic acid can be greatly improved with the addition of PCDI;when the PCDI′s content was equal to 0.9 wt%,its thermal stability and anti-hydrolysis performance was significantly improved,but when the content of PCDI further increased,its thermal stability and anti-hydrolysis were almost the same as the one of 0.9 wt% PCDI.
