熔体质量流动速率(MFR)是热塑性树脂在一定温度和压力(负荷)下,10分钟通过标准口模的重量,单位g/10min。测定它的目的是反映工艺聚合加氢量的大小和聚合温度的高低,指导工艺对氢气的加入量和聚合温度进行调节,保证产品质量。
The melt mass-flow rate ( MFR ) is based on the measurement of the mass of ther- moplastic material that extrudes from the standard die over a given period of time(10 minutes)under certain temperature and pressure ( loading ) . The unit of measurement is g/10min. The purpose of testing the MFR is to reflect the hydrogenation level and the polymerization temperature of polymers ,which can guide the operators to adjust the amount of hydrogen addition and poly- merization temperature. Therefore , the product quality can he guaranteed
