摘要
明清时期陕西商人走上经商道路时,面临诸多的经营困难。为了解决这些困难,他们创造性地形成了"合伙股份制"企业经营模式,取得了经营500余年的成功。这种具有有限责任公司性质的企业制度,比西方早了300年。研究和继承这份遗产,不仅对于把握陕商的历史运动规律,而且对于促进企业制度改革,都具有重要意义。
Shaanxi businessmen of Ming and Qing Dynasties faced many difficulties before they began their enterpri-ses.In order to solve these problems,they creatively formed a ＂joint-stock partnership＂ business model,and just because of this creativity,Shaanxi businessmen of Ming and Qing Dynasties had gained success in more than 500 years.This business model,which has the nature of the limited liability company,is 300 years earlier than the West.To research and inherit this legacy can provide us operable historical experience which not only can help us grasp the law of the history movement but also can promote the reform of socialist enterprise.
