摘要
用EMS处理不同品种的油菜种子,研究其萌发和生长情况,结果表明:随着化学诱变剂浓度的增加,油菜种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根、苗生长量都呈下降趋势.同时,EMS对根的抑制作用要强于对苗的抑制作用.这几个指标中,苗高和活力指数是比较适宜的EMS浓度选择指标.对于中双九号,当EMS浓度在0.2%～0.3%之间时,其相对活力指数可达到50%,苗高抑制率介于13%～41%之间;对于GH06,当EMS浓度为0.2%时,其相对活力指数达到31.2%,对苗高的抑制率达到36%.试验中发现,诱变剂溶液的相对体积对诱变效果的影响很大.
Two different varieties of rapeseed were treated with different EMS concentrations.The results showed that with EMS concentration increase gradually,the rapeseed germination viability,germination percentage,vigor index and root and seedling growth behavior decrease correspondingly.Inhibitory effect of EMS on root was stronger than the seedling.Seedling height and the vigor index were the optimum selection index that determined the EMS concentration.For Zhongshuang N0.9,when EMS concentration was between 0.2% and 0.3%,its relative vigor index may reach 50%,the inhibitory rate of the seedling was ranged from 13% to 39%.As For GH06,when EMS concentration was about 0.2%,its relative vigor index reached to 31.2%,the inhibitory rate of the seedling was up to 22%.Furtheremore,it was found that volumes of the mutagen solution had great effect on the mutagenic efficacy.
