摘要
本文讨论了在磁场影响下半导体器件中载流子运动的数学模型,这是一个抛物—椭圆耦合组的混合初边值问题。我们证明了该问题解的存在唯一性,而且给出了解的L~∞估计,从而推广了[5]、[6]、[7]中的一些结果。
In this paper, we investigate the mixed IBVP of a parabolic-elliptic coupled system arising in the carrier transport in semiconductor devices affected by a magnetio field:where G is a bounded domain in Rm (m≤3) whose boundary G is the union of two disjoint parts GD and GN, [0,T] is a bounded time interval Σz=(0,T)×G, ZZZZZZZD= (0,T)×GD,ΣN=(0, T) x GNA,Barem×m nonsymmetric positive definite matrices whose entries involve the components of B, and v is outward unit normal at any point of G.The global existence and uniqueness of the solutions to the problem are proved.Moreover, the L∞ estimates of the solutions are given.
