摘要
本文研究考虑磁场影响时的半导体基本方程组,这是一个抛物-椭圆耦合组,并带有混合初边值条件.利用正则化方法和 Moser 技巧得到了该问题弱解的存在性结果,从而减弱了作者在文[2]中的条件.
The semiconductor basic equation system under the influence of magnetic field is considered in this paper.The system is a parabolic-elliptic coupled system with the mixed initial-boundary value conditions.The existence result of the weak solution to the problem is obtained by using the regulari- zing method and Moser technique,and the conditions posed by M.Wang and P.Guan are then reduced.
