摘要
我国的信访活动历史悠久,但作为一项正式的政治制度却是近几十年的事。目前,信访工作已经引起社会的广泛关注和普遍热议。因此,必须切实纠正现行信访制度的弊端和缺陷,加强信访工作的法制建设,把信访工作引入真正的法治化轨道。
The activity of visits and letters has a long history. Only in recent decades it becomes a formal political system. At present the work of visits and letters has aroused wide concern and discussion among the society. Therefore, the drawbacks and defects of the current system of visits and letters shall be modified and the legal construction of the work of visits and letters shall be strengthened.
