摘要
分析了自适应光学系统中高速倾斜反射镜的机械谐振现象及其对控制稳定性和控制带宽的影响。根据测量数据建立了机械谐振的动态数学模型。讨论了低通滤波和双二阶网络滤波等几种可以减小倾斜反射镜机械谐振的方法。实验表明采用网络滤波技术后,高速倾斜反射镜的控制稳定性和控制带宽都得到了较大的改善。
The mechanical oscillation of the fast steering mirror in adaptive optics system and its effect on control stability are discussed in this paper. The dynamic model of FSM is established on base of measured data. The low pass filter (LPF) and the double second rank filter (DSF) are tested to reduce the mechanical oscillation of FSM. It is showed that both the control stability and control bandwidth are improved by the filter technology.
