摘要
根据P3实验室空调监控系统的设计要求和工作原理,利用施耐德PLC作为现场控制器,结合变频器和传感器,通过智能PID的控制技术,设计出一套P3实验室的空调监控自动控制系统。系统硬件平台采用了以施耐德的TSX系列的TSXP57303A控制器,并配以相应的数据采集、输入输出模块;软件平台采用了施耐德PL7-MICRO/WIN。介绍了监控系统的硬件组成和软件设计方案,智能PID的设置等内容。调试结果表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,保证了P3实验室环境参数满足设计要求,使P3实验室工作在一种自动、有序、合理的状态。
According to the design requirements and working principle of air-conditioning supervisory and control system in P3 laboratory,an automatic system which used Schneider PLC controller,frequency converter,transducer and intelligence PID techniques is designed.The Schneider PLC TSX PLC 57303 controller with its counterpart data collection module and input output module is adopted as the hardware platform and the Schneider PL7-MICRO/WIN as the software platform.The design scheme of the system hardware and software and the setting method of intelligence PID are introduced.The results show that the system makes the environment parameters of the P3 laboratory satisfy the design requirements,and makes the P3 laboratory work in a form of auto,preface,reasonable.
