PTEN、FOXP1基因在单心室胎儿心肌组织中的表达

摘要 目的探讨单心室胎儿心肌组织中PTEN、FOXP1基因的表达。方法取3例妊娠26周龄单心室胎儿(单心室组)和正常胎儿(对照组)各3例心室肌组织标本,采用实时荧光定量-PCR技术检测心室肌组织PTEN、FOXP1基因mRNA的表达。结果单心室组PTEN基因的表达量显著高于对照组[(1477.95±93.3881)vs.(320.6969±27.6075)](P<0.01);单心室组FOXP1基因的表达量也显著高于对照组[(1271.4907±167.3863)vs.(376.5057±236.4714)](P<0.05)。结论 PTEN、FOXP1基因在单心室胎儿心肌组织中表达上调可能与单心室的发生有关。 Objective To explore the expressions of PTEN and FOXP1 gene mRNA in the ventricular myocardium of fetus with single ventricle. Methods The total RNAs of ventricular myocardium were extracted from 3 fetuses with single ventricle(group S) and 3 fetuses with normal ventricular myocardium(group N).All fetuses were 26 weeks gestation age.The levels of PTEN and FOXP1 mRNA expression were detected by real-time quantitative-PCR.Results The expression of PTEN mRNA was higher in group S than that in group N /[(1477.95±93.3881) vs.(320.6969 ±27.6075)/](P0.01).So did the expression of FOXP1 mRNA/[(1271.4907±167.3863) vs.(376.5057±236.4714)/](P0.05).Conclusion The up-regulated expressions of PTEN and FOXP1 genes in ventricular myocardium may be related to the development of single ventricle.
