摘要
目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除术治疗儿童鼾症的护理.方法：回顾总结136例本科住院腺样体肥大致阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征行手术治疗患儿的护理,包括术前评估、心理护理、术前准备,术后观察及护理、针对性的健康指导.结果：根据腺样体肥大患儿的特点,围绕手术期,运用护理干预措施,有效地减少了术中、术后并发症的发生,提高了手术成功率及疗效.结论：对患儿进行针对性的手术期护理及健康指导,可提高患儿对手术期的适应和配合,保障手术治疗效果,促进患儿康复,具有可行和确切的效果.
Objective To investigate nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy care and treatment of children with snoring. Methods 136 patients were reviewed adenoid vegetation undergraduate hospital with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in children underwent surgery care, including preoperative evaluation, psychological care, preoperative preparation, postoperative observation and care, targeted health guidance. Results According to the characteristics of children with adenoidal hypertrophy around the operation period, the use of nursing interventions effective in reducing postoperative complications and improve the success rate and efficacy. Conclusion Surgery on children with specific guidance on the care and health, can improve the children on the adaptation and co--operative, surgical treatment to protect and promote children recovered, with a viable and accurate results.
