摘要
建设国家区域性金融中心是长株潭城市群实现"两型社会"建设目标的重要战略举措。长株潭城市群虽然具有优于武汉的金融中心建设条件,但必须坚持政府引导与市场推进相结合等原则,走政府扶持型发展模式,准确定位,通过城市群金融功能分工与合作,规范好金融商务区建设,并采取积极的硬件、软件、金融辅助建设政策,才能使金融中心的建设获得最优的社会经济效应。
The construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group is a key strategic initiative to achieve the objective of ＂ two-oriented society＂.Although the Chang-Zhu-Tan city group has surpasses Wuhan＇s financial center construction condition,it must persist the government guidance and the market advancement unifies and other principles,take government support development pattern,accurate positioning.Through the city group＇finance function division of labor and the cooperation,standard construct financial business district well,and adopts the positive policies of hardware,software,and financial assistance construction,the construction of financial center can obtain the most superior socio-economic effect.
