叙述了现今苏州甜酒药中根霉的分离培养、糖化发酵力的测定、培养特征与制曲试验。
The separation and breeding,breeding characteristics,koji-making test,the measurement of the saccharification power and fermentation power of the rhizopus in Suzhou koji for sweet rice wine were described.
