苦玄参不同提取部位抑制2215细胞分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察苦玄参不同提取部位的含药血清对2215细胞分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的抑制作用。方法:将含药血清作用于2215细胞,然后用酶联免疫法测定HBsAg和HBeAg的水平。结果:苦玄参各提取部位对HBeAg有明显的抑制作用,但没有明显的量效关系。其中乙醇总提取部位、水提取部位和正丁醇提取部位对HBeAg的抑制效果比乙酸乙酯提取部位好,抑制率最高可达80%以上(P<0.05);苦玄参各提取部位对HBsAg也有一定的抑制作用,不同提取部位的抑制作用相差不大。结论:苦玄参不同提取部位的含药血清能抑制2215细胞分泌HBeAg和HBsAg,其中极性较大的化合物对HBeAg的抑制作用较强。 Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect on HBeAg and HBsAg excreted by 2215 cells of different extracts in serums of Picria fel-tarrae Lour. Methods:The different extracts in serums of Picria fel-tarrae Lour were used to act on 2215 cells and the enzyme linked immune response was used to investigate the level of HBeAg and HBsAg. Results:All extracts showed the obvious inhibitory activity on HBeAg,but there wasn't any obvious dose-effect relationship. The EtOH,BuOH and H2O extracts showed the better inhibitory activity on HBeAg than the EtOAc extracts did. The best inhibitory rates of them on HBeAg were more than 80%(P〈0.05) . All extracts showed some inhibitory activity on HBsAg and this kind of activity was similar among them. Conclusion:The different extracts of Picria fel-tarrae Lour in serums have the inhibitory effect on HBeAg and HBsAg excreted by 2215 cells and the compounds possessing of bigger polarity show the stronger inhibitory activity.
