摘要
发热是机体在病原体入侵时所产生的一种复杂的防御性反应,对生物的生存意义重大。同时,发热作为炎症反应的主要标志之一,是科研工作者的重点研究对象。脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导大鼠发热模型常用于解热药物研究中,但不同研究者所得的结果有较大差别。本文就LPS致大鼠发热的特点与机制方面的研究进展进行了整理,以期对发热模型建立以及解热实验研究提供一些帮助。
Fever is a complex defensive reaction when the body is invaded by pathogen,and has an important significance in the biological survival.At the same time,fever,as one of the main signs of inflammatory response,is the focus of researchers.LPS-induced rat fever models are commonly used in antipyretic studies,but the results obtained by different investigators are often quite different.In this paper,the research progress of the characteristics and mechanism of fever are discussed and summarized to provide some help in fever model building and antipyretic experimental studies.
