摘要
本文基于帕累托改进的视角,对胶南市推出的"金智惠农"创业扶持贷款模式进行了透析,认为其在设计上将银行贷款、科技支持和政府贴息有机结合起来,实现了"政府、银行、科技"三位一体支农模式的统一,实现了"合作博弈"过程中政府、银行、农户三方利益的帕累托改进。
Based on the theory of pareto improvement, this article analyzes a mode of start-up loan named ＂finance and technology benefiting farmers＂ sponsored in Jiaonan city. This loan mode is designed to integrate bank loan, technical support and government subsidies on interest so as to realize the unification of government, bank and technology, and then form an effective path of simultaneously improving the interests of the three parties （government, bank and farmers） during the process of ＂cooperative game＂ .
