热应激对兔垂体和下丘脑CAT与SOD水平的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为研究不同热应激温度及持续时间对兔下丘脑与垂体抗氧化能力的影响,选用80日龄~90日龄的健康新西兰兔60只,随机分为3组,高热组、低热组和常温对照组。每天热应激3h,分别在处理后15、30、45、60d处死,取下丘脑和垂体组织,研究热应激对组织的损伤机制。结果表明,下丘脑与垂体过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性随着温度的升高显著降低,相同应激温度条件下,随着应激时间的延长其cAT活性显著降低;下丘脑和垂体中超氧化物歧化酶(SoD)的活力随着温度升高显著降低,相同应激温度条件下,随着应激时间的延长同一应激组中其活性也显著降低。说明随着应激时间的延长,应激温度的增加,垂体与下丘脑的抗氧化能力呈下降趋势。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects on anti-oxidative capability in the hy- pophysis and hypothalamus of rabbits under different heat stress temperatrue and different heat stress time. 60 80-90 day old rabbits with similar weight were divided into three groups randomly. They were high-heat stress group, low-heat stress group and normal temperature control group, respectively. Heat stress was made for 3 hours everyday. The rabbits were killed,and the hypophysis and hypothalamus were collected every 15 days. The results showed that: The activity of CAT in hypophysis and hypothalamus significantly decreased as temperature increased; in the same temperature condition, the activity of CAT in the hypophysis and hypothalamus significantly decreased in the same group as heat stress time increased. The activity of SOD in hypophysis and hypothalamus significantly decreased as temperature increased; in the same temperature condition, the activity of SOD in the hypophysis and hypothalamus significantly de- creased in the same group as heat stress time increased. The conclusion is that the anti-oxidative capability in the hypophysis and hypothalamus of rabbits is decreased when the temperature of heat stress and the time of heat stress increased.
