热应激与非热应激期福安水牛生理和抗氧化指标分析 被引量:15

Analysis on Physiological and Anti-oxidative Indices of Fu'an Buffalo in Heat Stress and Non-heat Stress Seasons

摘要 选择胎次相近、泌乳期及泌乳量相近的健康福安水牛16头,分别测定冬季、夏季牛舍温湿度以及试验牛的生理和抗氧化指标。结果表明:牛的直肠温度、呼吸频率受热应激的影响较大,夏季直肠温度、呼吸频率显著高于冬季。血浆中的抗氧化指标受季节性影响较大,热应激期血浆中SOD活力极显著低于非热应激期,热应激期MDA含量极显著高于非热应激期,总抗氧化能力极显著低于非热应激期;热应激期SOD活力、MDA含量及总抗氧化能力均与产奶量下降率间呈极显著正相关;非热应激期SOD活力、MDA含量及总抗氧化能力分别与产奶量下降率间呈极显著正相关、不显著负相关、极显著负相关;SOD活力下降率、总抗氧化能力下降率与产奶量下降率间均呈极显著负相关。 Sixteen heads of Fu'an buffalos which have similar fetal sequence,milk-yielding season and milk yield were tested for their physiological and anti-oxidative indices as well as their cowshed temperature and humidity in summer and winter.The results showed that the rectal temperature and breath frequency of buffalos were greatly effected by heat stress,and the rectal temperature and breath frequency of buffalos in summer were significantly higher than those in winter(P<0.05).The anti-oxidative indices in the blood plasma of buffalos were largely affected by season,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the blood plasma in heat stress season was significantly lower than that in non-heat stress season(P<0.01),the malondialdehyde(MDA) content in heat stress season was significantly higher than that in non-heat stress season(P<0.01),and the total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC) in heat stress season was significantly lower than that in non-heat stress season(P<0.01).There were significantly positive correlations between the declining rate of milk yield and SOD activity,MDA content and T-AOC in heat stress season.The declining rate of milk yield was significantly positively,insignificantly negatively or significantly negatively correlated with SOD activity,MDA content or T-AOC in non-heat stress season respectively.The declining rate of milk yield was significantly negatively correlated with the decreasing rate of both SOD activity and T-AOC.
