摘要
应用中药血清药理学研究方法,观察了当归补血汤对小鼠白细胞的活化作用。时效关系研究表明,当归补血汤13.2g饮片/kg体重灌胃小鼠后6～60min等不同时相的含药血清对小鼠白细胞均具有活化作用;量效关系研究表明,当归补血汤6.60g～33.0g饮片/kg体重分别灌胃小鼠后的含药血清对小鼠白细胞均具有活化作用。
By using the method of serum pharmacology, the activation of Dangguibuxue decoction (DGBXD) on neutrophil in rats was studied.
The results showed that the serum had direct activating effect on neutrophil 6 - 60min after oral administration of DGBXD at the dose of 13.2g/kg body weight and the same effect was observed in the dosage range of 6.60 - 33.0g/kg body weight.
