摘要
目的 筛选抗肿瘤的辅助药物 ,保护在放疗和化疗中可能被损伤的正常造血细胞。方法 利用环磷酰胺抑制造血细胞的小鼠模型 ,给予寡聚甘露糖醛酸铁后 ,观察小鼠的骨髓有核细胞、外周血红细胞和白细胞。结果 寡聚甘露糖醛酸铁能明显升高骨髓有核细胞、外周血红细胞和白细胞 ,但高剂量组小鼠的体重明显降低。结论 寡聚甘露糖醛酸铁对环磷酰胺损伤的骨髓造血细胞有一定的保护作用 ;
Objective: To find the assistant drugs in anti tumour treatment, and protect the blood cell which is inhibited in the chemical treatment and radiation treatment of tumour. Methods: Cyclophosphamide was used to make the inhibited model of medullary hemopoietic cells in mice. After treated with Iron Complex of Mannosan, the numbers of blood white cells and red cell and medullary hemopoietic cells were calculated. Results: We found that the Iron Complex of Mannosan could markedly increase the numbers of blood white cells and red cell and medullary hemopoietic cells in the inhibited models in mice; but the body weight was lost in the high dose group. Conclusion: The Iron Complex of Mannosan can protect the blood cell which inhibited by Cyclophosphamide in mice; The stimulated effect of dissoluble iron ion on gastroinstinal tract might be the reason for the weight loss in this study.
