摘要
目的:探讨复发性口疮(RAU)患者淋巴细胞转化率(LTT)及血清中铁、锌的含量。方法:空腹采血测定淋巴细胞转化率及血清中铁、锌含量。结果:RAU组淋巴细胞转化率低于对照组(P<0.05),RAU组铁、锌含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:RAU患者细胞免疫功能低下,临床上提高患者免疫功能,同时合理补充铁、锌对于防治RAU具有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the lymphocyte transformation rate and the serum iron and zinc levels in recurrent aphtha patients. Methods： Fasting blood was taken for the determination of the lymphocyte transformation rate and the serum iron and zinc levels. Results： The lymphocyte transformation rate and the serum iron and zinc levels of recurrent aphtha group were lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The recurrent aphtha patients show cellular immune hypofunction, and therefore, it is of great significance to improve thee immune function and the proper iron and zinc supplement for the prevention and treatment of recurrent aphtha.
