摘要
要应用直接ＳＰＡ菌花环技术检测了３１例青少年牙周炎患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，同时用常规方法检测了其外周血淋巴细胞转化率及免疫球蛋白（ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＭ）。结果表明：青少年牙周炎患者与正常对照组相比总Ｔ淋巴细胞明显下降（Ｐ＜００５），Ｔ４／Ｔ８值＜１．２占５３％，淋巴细胞转化率明显下降，而ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ明显升高，共差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示免疫功能失衡与紊乱是青少年牙周炎患者的内在病因。
Juvenile periodontitis(JP) is a refractory inflammatory disease, which has beenthrought to be closely related to the immulogical state. The total T Iymphcytes and subsets in theperiphery blood of JP patients were determined using the direct SPA roset test, andT-blastogensis and immunoglobulins,(IgG, IgA, IgM) were determinde by T-blastogensis testand simple agar diffusion test.The JP patients had a significantly lower level of total T-lymphocyte cells as compared to the normal controls(P< 0.05), T4 /T8 ratio was reduced inhalf of JP patients (53%). These results suggest that a decrense and a change in the peripheryblood T-cells and subsets may be a potential factor in the pathogenesis of JP.
