摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在人工流产中的护理效果,总结护理经验,提高临床治疗效果。方法:100例行人工流产的患者随机分成观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组采用护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果:观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可以减少人工流产综合征的发生,缓解患者术前的焦虑情绪,提高对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the abortion,to sum up the nursing experience and improve the treatment outcome.Method：100 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group was used the nursing intervention measures,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Result：After comparing the results of two groups of patients,the effect in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group （P0.01）.Conclusion：The nursing intervention measures can decrease the incidence of abortion syndrome,relieve anxious,improve satisfaction to nurses,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
