摘要
积极心理学理念下大学新生心理健康教育应着重培养新生积极的心理品质和心理体验,建立积极完善的心理健康教育组织系统,实施积极的心理干预策略,建立积极的心理健康评估体系,帮助大学新生进行积极的自我心理调适,促进新生更好地、更快地适应大学生活。
Psychological health education of freshmen from the perspective of positive psychology is designed to cultivate freshmen＇s positive psychological quality and experience.This healthy psychological education requires establishment of positive and prefect psychological education organization,implement positive strategies of psychological intervention and establishment of evaluating system of positive psychological health.We should also help freshmen better and quickly adapt to college life with positive psychological self-adaption.
