造血祖细胞对乳腺癌细胞生物学特性的影响

摘要 目的分选CD133+造血祖细胞(CD133+hemopoietic progenitor cell,CD133+HPC),体外观察其对乳腺癌细胞生物学活性的影响,为肿瘤转移与治疗提供新的理论研究基础。方法采用免疫磁珠分选技术分选脐带血CD133+HPC,与人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞共培养,采用MTT、Transwell方法观察其对乳腺癌细胞增殖、黏附、侵袭活性的影响。结果在体外培养的条件下CD133+HPC可以显著促进人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖、黏附、侵袭,与单独培养比较差异有统计学意义。结论 CD133+HPC可以提高肿瘤细胞的生长、黏附、侵袭活性,促进肿瘤的生长及转移,可能成为阻断肿瘤生长和转移的新的治疗靶点。
