摘要
[目的]选择生长快、抗病性强的适宜制浆造纸工业应用的杨树新无性。[方法]在大田条件下对29个黑杨无性系苗木的生长性状和叶部病害的抗病性进行调查,并应用统计分析的方法进行分析和评价。[结果]各无性系的2年生苗高、地径生长量均存在明显差异,通过聚类分析筛选出140-29、313杨和599杨在当地生长速度最快。各无性系苗木对黑斑病、角斑病、黑星病和锈病的抗性差异很大,从免疫到高感均有。通过对生长量和抗病性2方面因素进行综合评价,筛选出在当地条件下苗期生长速度较快、叶部病害种类少且抗病性较强的无性系01号杨、02号杨、599杨、N-179、桑巨杨、82-130和82-133。[结论]为该地区选择优良的杨树无性系营建纸浆林提供借鉴和依据。
[Objective]The new Populus nigra clones with rapid growth and strong leaf disease resistance were chosen for paper industrial applications.[Method]Growth character and leaf disease resistance of 29 introduced Populus nigra clone seedlings in the field were investigated and evaluated by applying statistical analysis.[Result]The various clones' biennial seedling height and collar diameter growth existing strikingly differences,through cluster analysis screening clone-140-29,clone-313 and clone-599 were the fastest growth clones in local.Various clone seedlings on Marssonina brunea,Cercospora populina,Melampsora larici-populina and Fusicladium tremulae had notable differences of resistant performance,range was from the immunity to the high sensitivity.Selected the clone-01,clone-02,clone-599,clone-N-179,clone-Sangju,clone-82-130 and clone-82-133 with faster growth,less species of disease and stronger resistance in local seedling stage through the growth and resistance were evaluated.They were surpass the local present host clone-107.[Conclusion]These provided a scientific basis for the rational selection of pulp forest clones for this region.
