摘要
[目的]初步研究气侯变暖对农业生产及根际微生物的影响。[方法]利用7月中旬至9月中旬玻璃温室的高温环境模拟变暖的气候条件,测定温度升高时玉米生长速率、生物量、菌根侵染率及主要根际微生物的变化情况。[结果]温度升高极显著地促进了玉米的生长,使玉米的株高和地径均增加了1.1倍,但其根长和叶绿素含量与温室外对照玉米无显著变化;地上、地下部生物量分别增加了1.3和1.5倍;抽雄期提前6d,生长发育期缩短;玉米菌根侵染率降低了1.1倍;根际土壤细菌、真菌及放线菌数量分别降低了1.8、1.6和1.7倍。玉米各生长指标与菌根侵染率、土壤细菌、真菌及放线菌数量之间无相关性。[结论]该研究为针对气候变暖给农业生产带来的影响而尽早制定应变措施提供参考依据。
[Objective] The study aimed to preliminarily investigate the effect of climate warming on agricultural production and rhizosphere microorganisms.[Method] The warming climate condition was simulated by using the high temperature environment in glass greenhouse during mid-July to mid-Suptember to determine the change of the growth rate and biomass of corn(Zea mays L.),and on the colonization rate and the numbers of soil microorganisms under the rising temperature.[Result] Under the simulated rising temperature condition,the growth of corn was promoted significantly,both plant height and root ground diameter was increased by 1.1 times,but there were no significant difference on the root length and chlorophyll content of corn between outside and inside greenhouse;the aboveground and underground biomass of corn were increased by 1.3 and 1.5 times resp.;the tasselling date of corn was advanced by 6 d,so the growth period was shorten;the colonization rate of corn was reduced by 1.1 times;the numbers of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in corn plant rhizosphere reduced by 1.8,1.6 and 1.7 times,resp.There were no correlations between the growth indices and colonization rate,bacteria,fungi or actinomycetes in the corn plant rhizosphere.[Conclusion] This study provided the reference basis for early making the changing measures according to the effect of climate warming on the agricultural production.
