摘要
为了深入了解荒漠化草原土壤退化与土壤微生物数量变化规律的相关性,采用土壤微生物数量测定方法,对宁夏盐池四墩子地区荒漠化草原土壤微生物数量的季节变化进行了初步研究.结果表明:⑴好气性细菌和放线菌数量的时空分布是秋季>春季>夏季,秋季分别是春季和夏季的1.88倍和1.69倍;⑵芽孢细菌数量活动强度的时空分布是春季>夏季>秋季,由春季至秋季,依次减少;⑶厌气性细菌数量的时空分布是秋季>夏季>春季,秋季分别是夏季和春季的1.23倍和2.71倍;⑷真菌数量的时空分布是夏季>秋季>春季,夏季分别是秋季和春季的1.98倍和3.45倍.反映出土壤微生物各类群数量变化均有明显的季节变化特性.
In order to know the reciprocal relationship of soil degradation and seasonal variations of soil microorganisms number rules, the number and seasonal variations of soil microorganisma of desertification of grassland in Yanchi of Ningxia were investigated and analyzed by using plate count methods, the results were as follows: (1) seasonal distributions of aerobic bacteria and fungi were autumn〉 spring〉 summer, the number in spring was 1.88 and 1.69 times of autumn and summer; (2)the number dynamics distributions of bacillus was spring〉 summer〉 autumn; (3)the number dynamics distributions of anaerobic bacteria was summer〉 autumn〉 spring;(4)the number dynamics distributions of fungi was summer〉 autumn〉 spring, the number in summer was 1.98 and 3.45 times of autumn and spring, It shows that the number variations of soil microorganisms groups have an evident seasonal characteristics.
