Sci- technology novelty search is a research work of integrating literature searching and information investigation. As the subject of information service, it can provide competitive information for enterprises promptly and accurately, helping them avoid winding path in research project, achievement evaluation, patent search, new product development and technology introduction, preventing serious economic losses caused by infringement. In a word, it can protect and promote the technical innovation of the enterprises.
