N-(2,2-二氯乙烯)水杨酰胺的高效液相色谱分析

摘要 N-(2,2-二氯乙烯)水杨酰胺是国外七十年代推出的一种新型高效低毒防菌防霉剂。本文报道该化合物的高效液相色谱分析方法,在反相色谱分离柱μBondapak C_(13)上采用离子抑制技术,流动相为甲醇:水(含0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠)=70∶30(V/V),用UV254nm检测样品峰,6min即可完成一次分析,变异系数≤2.6%,样品回收率为98.2%—102.6%。 A successful separation and qualitative determination method of N-(2,2-dicnlorovinyl) salicylamide by ion-suppression technique on reversed-phase liquid cbromatography column has been developed.In order to optimize the separation conditions,the influences of mobile phase composition,nature and concentration of ion-suppression reagent to retention and separation were investigated.Under the selected conditions,the recoveries of the sample were between 98.2% and 102.6% and the coefficient of variation was less than 27%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
