摘要
本文采用多组份弱酸盐混合体系为流动相,首先对铜,铁等六种金属试验最佳分离条件。然后分析人发试样,较为满意的分析了铜、铁、镍、锌、铅五种金属元素,钴量很少未检出。Fe<sup>3+</sup>:5.0—120ppm,Cu<sup>2+</sup>:7.0—11.0ppm,Ni<sup>2+</sup>:3.0—6.5ppm,Zn<sup>2+</sup>:102—200ppm,Pb<sup>2+</sup>:14—31.5ppm。
A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Cu2+,Fe3+,Ni2+,Zn2+,Co2+,and Pb2+ by ion chromatography.A mixture of 6mmol citric acid +3mmol oxalic acicl +30mmol acetic acid+1.5g/L litnium nitrate and 10mmol hydrochloric acid was used as eluent with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/mm,HPIC-CS-2 column was used with a sample size of 50μl and UV/Vis detector.The detection reagent was 4×10-4mol/L 4-(2-Pyri dylazo) resercinol (PAR) in Smol/L ammonium hydroxide and 1mol/L acetic acid.This method was applied to the analysis of human hair.
