摘要
本文采用日立180—80型原子吸收分光光度计,对20例健康人心脏各部位心肌内的Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)等6种金属元素的含量进行了测定分析。Mg^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的含量以左心室最高,Mg^(2+)/Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)/Cu^(2+)以及K^+/Na^+的比率也是左心室最高,Ca^(2+)的含量以右心房最高。Cu^(2+)的含量右心房、右心室均高于左心室,前两者无统计学差异。
The contents of myocardial metals was determined in 20 healthy heartspecimens with atomic absorption spectrometry. The myocardial metal contentsof Mg^(2+), Zn^(2+), Ca^(2+), Cu^(2+), K^+, Na^+, were determined. The results showed that themetal contents of Mg^(2+), Zn^(2+), in the left vetricular muscle were the highest (Mg^(2+)385. 11±100. 03, Zn^(2+) 32. 16±5.08 μg/g, respectively), and the Mg^(2+)/Ca^(2+),Zn^(2+)/Cu^(2+), K^+/Na^+ ratio were also higher. The content of Ca^(2+) was the highestin the right atrium.
