摘要
离子色谱是一项对水溶液的电离物质色谱分析的技术,从70年代中期以来,这项技术运用愈来愈广泛,特别在食品分析方面有很快的发展。 有机酸和无机酸在碱性条件呈阴离子状态,往往可以用离子色谱法检测。
Tne organic and inorganic acias in oeverages including (1) lactate, acetate, glycollate formate, pyruvate, as well as fluoride: (2)chloride. suc-dinate, malate, maleate, sulfate, tartarate, and oxalate: (3)phosphate saccharine, and citrate are separated as anions by ion exchange chroma-tography with sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide eluents and detected by suppressed conductivity detector. The methods are simple, selective, sensitive, and reproducible.
