摘要
中层管理者是组织中的中坚力量,同时也是职业倦怠的"易感人群",文章探讨了中层管理者职业倦怠的表征及其对组织的影响,分析了中层管理者由于社会环境、职业特征、外部因素和个体的自身因素而导致的职业倦怠,并在此基础上提出可以从个体层面和组织层面对中层管理者职业倦怠进行干预,以切实的发挥组织中中层管理者的作用,提高组织的绩效水平。
